Auranode mark

An AI engineering studio · Founded in 2026

AI-native operating systems for B2B work.

We design and ship voice, intake, and back-office agents that companies actually run on. Two projects on the bench today.

What we build

Production agents,
not chatbots.

Each project is one tightly-scoped operating problem, owned end-to-end by Auranode — model, runtime, integration, QA, and the dashboard your ops team actually opens on Monday morning. Two on the bench today.

01 / 05 Pilot-ready · Home services

Project 01 · Voice & WhatsApp

Every inbound call. Qualified, booked, confirmed.

A front-desk agent that picks up after hours, qualifies the job, books the slot directly into your calendar, and sends an SMS confirmation — same brain on WhatsApp.

  • Five-step booking loop with an explicit hand-off line for edge cases
  • Stress-tested across normal, noisy, angry, unsupported, and conflict calls
  • White-glove setup on your number, your calendar, your coverage windows
  • Daily QA scorecard and exception queue handed over with the pilot
02 / 05 Design partner · Procurement ops

Project 02 · Procurement Ops

Supplier intake to vendor-ready draft, without the inbox ping-pong.

A procurement and AP workflow that turns supplier emails, forms, and attachments into a review-ready vendor-master row. The goal is to cut packet chase and re-entry, not remove human approval.

  • Supplier emails and attachments parsed into a vendor-master draft
  • Tax ID, IBAN, category, and payment terms extracted before review
  • ERP-match confidence and exception state surfaced before approval
  • Human sign-off stays on the last step before a supplier record goes active
03 / 05 Design partner · Finance ops

Project 03 · Finance Ops

Bank activity categorized, posted, and reflected in the ledger as it lands.

Finance Gateway packages the bank-ingestion and posting infrastructure we already run internally into a tighter finance-ops surface for reconciliation. It is aimed at operator-owned back offices, not a consumer finance dashboard.

  • Qonto bank-feed transactions normalized into a single ingestion stream
  • Categorization and posting rules prepare ledger-ready journal lines
  • Reconciliation surfaces link bank activity to invoice and payout references
  • P&L tiles refresh off posted entries instead of manual spreadsheet rollups
04 / 05 Coming soon · Revenue cycle

Project 04 · Revenue Cycle

Denial packets read once, first-level appeals drafted in a reviewable work queue.

A narrow provider-side RCM wedge for teams that spend too much time turning denial notices into appeal drafts. The public card is intentionally early: real workflow, no pilot claims.

  • Denial codes and missing-authorization reasons extracted from payer notices
  • First-level appeal letters drafted from the denial packet and supporting documents
  • Human review stays in the loop before anything is submitted
  • Scope stays narrow: provider-side denial intake, drafting, and routing
05 / 05 Coming soon · B2B monitoring

Project 05 · Watchlist

AI monitoring & alerts for B2B operating signals.

A pragmatic monitoring layer for the signals B2B teams actually need to watch — from AI-surface presence to supplier and ops signals — with alerts that route to where the work happens.

  • Operator-defined watch surfaces — not a generic firehose
  • Alerts that route to the channel your team already uses
  • Audit trail and replay surfaces, same pattern as our voice work
  • Design-partner pilots opening in the second half of 2026

How we work

Narrow promises.
Real evals. One throat to choke.

  1. 01

    Scope one workflow

We pick the single workflow with the highest pain-to-effort ratio and define what "shipped" looks like in writing before we touch code.

  2. 02

Build with evals from day one

Every agent ships with a test set drawn from your real cases — normal, noisy, edge, hostile, out-of-scope. Regressions are visible, not implied.

  3. 03

    Pilot on live volume

We run on your real channel — phone, inbox, ERP queue — with explicit human gates wherever the cost of being wrong is high.

  4. 04

    Hand over the dashboard

Your ops team gets the daily scorecard, the exception queue, and the transcript replay — the same surfaces we use during the pilot.

About Auranode

An AI engineering studio
that ships into production.

Auranode is a small, AI-native engineering studio. We design and run production agents for B2B operators — voice, messaging, document intake, and back-office automation — and we treat each engagement the way a working software team would: tight scope, real evals, explicit human-in-the-loop gates, and a dashboard your team can actually open.

We pick a small number of customer engagements at a time on purpose. If you want a vendor that will say yes to everything, we are not that vendor. If you want a partner that will name the one workflow that will pay for the pilot and then deliver it, that's what we do.
